I didn’t get into this work because I wanted to be a coach. I got into it because I was good at sales.

For 15 years I worked in corporate sales. I was usually at the top — not because I loved targets and spreadsheets, but because I understand people. I can read a room, build trust fast, and move someone to a decision without pressure.

Then I landed in a company where being direct wasn’t welcome. My numbers were strong, but my tone wasn’t. I got fired. And for the first time, I started questioning my voice.

After leaving corporate, I made a decision: I don’t want women shrinking in rooms that can’t hold them. I want to change how women show up and sell — and how they feel when they do it.

Because most capable women aren’t missing strategy. They’re editing themselves while they speak. They soften opinions. They over-explain. They manage how they’re perceived. And that’s why they end up fighting for attention instead of naturally holding it. My work is simple: use your voice fully, build your brand around who you actually are, and get paid for it.
